Francisco Salgado Ré is an architect and designer, recognized for his award-winning creations. With a passion for sustainable architecture and a keen eye for design, he leads our team with expertise and unwavering commitment to excellence. Having founded successful ventures, including the acclaimed architecture studio AND-RÉ and the renowned food & wine brand Tábua Rasa, Francisco brings his vision to UNIT, paving the way for innovation in the prefab industry.
CO-FOUNDER
Esther Bahne grew up in a German nature reserve and has long been a passionate surfer of the Costa Vicentina. She is a forever curious journalist at heart, a business builder and a place-maker: Esther created a cultural hub in Brooklyn and coliving apartments in Berlin and Shanghai. Yet it was while relaunching the car brand MINI that she found her motto: finding pure joy while treading lightly. Or: “Minimize the footprint, maximize the experience.”
